For years I lived
On what is now
The forbidden fruit
My phone
With all the synching,
Passwords, and
Invocations of cloud management
Has finally gone the way of Eden

I’ve tired of i
Tunes, phones, and pods
Wanting to have more control
Of my digital life

So long serpent
I’m going on to anther big conglomerate
Hoping for a sweeter song
From Sam

The Apple Store was madness
By the time my concierge found
My bright orange shirt
There were no pluses left

Ho-hum

Too bad they didn’t tell me sooner

But so what
There’s not a cloud in the sky
Sirius was putting them down today
And now I’m home
Still sporting my 4
Unworried about updates
Or interest rates

Maybe another day
