Might be the most difficult thing
For an organization.
Unified ways of thinking once
Thought to be the linchpins of success,
Can sometimes become the rallying cry
Of dissent and failure.
How much diversity of thought
That is allowed by leaders
Becomes a problem
For an organization looking for consistency.
Yet, it’s the organisms
Who make the organization.
It’s the individuals who make the team,
Each bringing their experience from the trenches
That makes the organization function.
Sometimes the players are in lock step with the mission,
Sometimes they bring a different way of achieving the vision.

How does institutional control
Foster some individual freedom?

Ego…
Confidence…
Understanding…
Trust…
