Leaving the family out with

Management by cliche is
Insulting
Leadership by limerick is
Laughable
Group development through individualism is
Disingenuous

I want to know where I stand
Not because of what a charlatan says
But because of what a MAN does
You want to call me family
You want us on the same side
Then act like my family
